Refund Policy

1. Policy summary

14 days. Unused. If you bought a license and it has not been used to produce results beyond the trial limits, email us within 14 days of the purchase and we refund it in full.

No forms, no interrogation — just the email you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order id.

2. Always refunded

The license code never arrived and we could not deliver it.

The code arrived but does not activate on the machine code you bought it for, and we cannot fix it.

You were charged twice for the same order.

3. Not refunded

A change of mind after 14 days.

A license that has been used past the trial limits and unlocked results.

A machine code that changed because you moved to new hardware — that is a transfer, and we re-issue the license instead.

4. How to ask

Email support@snapbyface.com from the address used at checkout, with the order id and, if relevant, your machine code.

Approved refunds go back through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear.

When a refund is issued, the license is deactivated and the corresponding code stops working.
